Step one -  choose the experience

By searching for a suitable  experience inspire yourself by the  general offer with simple categories.
To make your decision faster you can use our catalogue, which will help you choose according to your given criteria. Or you can type the key word of the experience into our search  window. If you cannot decide on your own, contact us via phone and we will certainly help you choose the right gift for you.

Step two – ordering 

Ordering of your experience takes place online and it is very simple and fast. Click the “order” button at the chosen experience. This will be automatically put to your basket. Then you just  fill in a simple order form, where you choose the form of payment and delivery which are the most suitable for you.

Step three – payment

The experience you ordered is to be paid by a bank transfer and the payment will  be confirmed by an invoice. After the payment is realised your gift package will be sent to you. Another way of payment is possible as well, You can pay cash at our premises, the address is: Nové Záhrady I/11, 821 05 Bratislava, Slovakia. In such case you will be given your gift package with instructions to the experience right at the place.

Step four – the gift package

We will deliver (or hand in) the experience you ordered by return in a gift package containing the following:
-letter of conveyance with a detailed description of the experience and contacts for term reservation
- congratulation letter where you can write your personal wish
- the gift certificate, which will serve as an identification where the experience takes place  
The gift experience is prepared in an elegant package for you or for the person you bought it for so you don’t need to  worry about this at all. 

Step five – book a term

Do you already have your gift? Great, now all you need to do is to make a reservation for a suitable term, so that the experience can be realised. Just call our contact number which you will find  in the package and book the suitable term for you.

Step six – Enjoy your experience

After your reservation is confirmed all you need to do is just enjoy your experience. Don’t forget to take your certificate with you, it serves as an entry ticket. Step seven – Loyalty club

We really appreciate that you have become our client and as a thank you we have prepared a loyalty programe. What do you need to do?
