What all do we need, if we are going to enjoy our experience?

First of all do not forget to take your certificate with you, as it is a kind of entrance ticket and it must be handed in by the realisatin of the experience. Other important information you can find in the letter of conveyance.

My certificate has expired. Can it be opened again?

If you let us know after the validity period has finished, your certificate is unfortunately not valid anymore.

What does my gift package contain and what does it look like?

The gift package is an elegant gift envelope containing a gift certificate valid for 6 months, a card for a personal wish and a letter of conveyance.

Is it possible to write the name of the person who is given the experience?

In the package there is a card for a personal wish, it is meant for the person who is receiving the gift, it is only up to you what you fill in.

Can I decide about the date when I want to enjoy my experience?

Yes, you can. The gift certificate is valid for 6 months and it is only up to you when you decide to use it.  You can arrange the date with our assistant per mail or via telephone. The only exception are the courses with the pre-announced terms.

I would like to purchase a package on the company’s expense, is that possible? 

Yes, it is. Just write the company details (company’s name,  business register number, tax register number) into the order form.

I would like to send the gift package directly to the receiver of the gift. Is it possible to send the package to a different address than listed on the invoice?

Yes, of course. Please write the delivery address into the given column of the order form or tell it to our telephone operator. If you wish to send the invoice to a different address than listed on the invoice, please put this into the notes.
